What does "AI CRM" actually mean here?

Your team can run the CRM by asking. Connect ChatGPT or Claude, or use Deevo inside the CRM, and say what you need: add this lead, log the call, move the deal, send the quotation, what is overdue today. The AI does it on the same records, through the same rules, as if the person had clicked through it themselves.

Which AI apps work with it?

ChatGPT and Claude, through their connector settings — paste the link from Settings → ChatGPT & Claude and sign in. Deevo is built into every page of the CRM as well, so nobody needs another app to start.

Can the AI do something my staff are not allowed to?

Accepted Answer

No. Each person connects as themselves, so the AI has exactly that person's role: what they cannot see, it cannot see, and what they cannot change, it cannot change. You also choose which parts of the CRM an app may use. Anything that goes out to a customer, or deletes or cancels something, shows a preview and waits for a yes.

Does using ChatGPT or Claude cost extra?

Not from us. Working the CRM from ChatGPT or Claude uses no AI credits — those apps run on your own subscription with them. Deevo, the assistant inside the CRM, runs on AI credits: every workspace starts with some, the yearly plan includes 100, and more can be bought. Credits never expire.

Three plans, all for the whole business with unlimited users: AED 499 for 3 months, AED 899 for 6 months, or AED 1,499 for 12 months with 100 AI credits included. Every plan is the whole product, and every plan starts with 14 days free — no card needed.

Do you charge per user?

Accepted Answer

No. The price is per business, and everyone who works there can have a login with their own role — and their own AI connection. Adding your fifth salesperson costs nothing.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you have not chosen a plan, everything keeps working for seven more days. After that the workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see everything, export it and pay. Nothing is deleted.

Does it replace WhatsApp for my team?

Accepted Answer

No. Your staff keep talking to customers on WhatsApp; the difference is that the thread is attached to the lead instead of living on one person's phone. Whoever picks the lead up next reads what was already said, and nobody loses a conversation when a salesperson leaves.

Will it handle VAT on my invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Quotations and invoices work the tax out per line from each product's tax class, with your TRN on the document and numbering gapless per year. Changing a rate creates a new tax class, so an issued invoice keeps the rate it was issued under.

What about the leads I already have?

Send the spreadsheet. Import does a full dry run and shows you which rows are wrong before it writes anything. Duplicates are matched on the phone number and flagged for you rather than merged behind your back. During your trial, our team will help you do it.

Can I get my data out?

Every list and every report exports as CSV or Excel, honouring whatever you have filtered to — during the trial, on any plan, and after a plan ends.

Who can see my business's data?

Accepted Answer

Each business is isolated in the database itself, by a policy the application cannot switch off, rather than by a filter somebody could forget to write. When we act on your data during support it is written into your own audit log, where you can read it. We do not use it to train AI models.
