What we hold, why we hold it, and what you can take away.

The full privacy policy for Tegain Private Limited is being prepared. This page states what is already true of the software, so that nothing on it has to be taken on trust before that document exists.
What you give us when you sign up
Your name, your business name, your email address and your phone number. We use them to create your workspace, to email you the code that confirms your address, and so that our team can call or message you during your trial to help you set it up. We also note which page or ad brought you to us, so we know which of our own advertising works.
Our website and advertising
Our website and signup page may use the Meta pixel and the Google tag to measure our own ads — for example, that somebody who clicked an ad went on to start a trial. These tags are never loaded inside your workspace, and what you do there is never reported to an advertising network. We may use Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, where people get stuck using our pages.
Whose data it is
Everything in your workspace — your leads, your customers, your conversations and your documents — belongs to your business. We process it in order to run the software for you, and for no other purpose.
How businesses are kept apart
Each business's data is isolated in the database itself, by a policy the application cannot switch off, rather than by a filter in the code that somebody could forget to write. The application connects to the database as a role that is not permitted to bypass that policy, and the system refuses to start if that ever stops being true.
AI
When you ask Deevo, the assistant in the product, a question, the question and the records needed to answer it are sent to the AI model provider that runs it, and the answer comes back to you. When you connect ChatGPT or Claude to your workspace, that app reads what your request asks for, under the access you approved and under its own provider's privacy terms. You can disconnect it at any time.
When we look at your data
Support sometimes requires it. When we act on your business's data, that action is written into your own audit log, with our name on it, where you can read it. There is no path by which we can act on your records invisibly.
Taking it with you
Every list and every report exports as CSV or Excel, honouring whatever you have filtered to. That stays true after a trial or a plan ends: your data is not deleted because a payment is late, and you can always export it.
We do not sell your data.
We do not use it to train models.
We do not share it with another business, ever.
